Ordering Policies

30-Day Evaluation:

We offer a no charge 30-day evaluation on all standard board-level products. If the product is returned, it must be returned complete (meaning all manuals, software, cables, etc.) within 30 days of receipt in as-new and resalable condition.

Purchase Orders:

Please include your Tax I.D. number, billing address, shipping address, our model number, model name and price - plus the name and phone number of the purchaser.

Order Cancellations:

Only written cancellations are considered valid. Some cancellation charges may apply. Contact us at (800) 875-6031 or (770) 287-3100 prior to cancellation.

Prices:

Prices are valid for 30 days following a quotation. Prices are F.O.B. shipping dock. Shipping charges and insurance are additional unless otherwise noted.

Shipping:

Normal shipping within the continental United States is via Ground. If you desire another type of shipping, we are happy to oblige. Just let us know your requirements.

Payment:

All invoices are due Net 30 days from the date of shipment with approved credit. Call us to establish an account.
