NLT |PICMG 1.3| System Host Board (SHB) | Features the Dual Intel® Xeon® Processor and PCI Express®
Description
Trenton's NLT is a PICMG® 1.3 system host board(shb) server class featuring high-speed SHB-to-backplane PCI Express® links. Two single-core Intel® Xeon® processors with the Intel® E7520 chipset supports an 800MHz system bus, dual channel DDR2-400 memory interfaces, dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, dual Serial ATA/150 ports, dual USB 2.0 ports with two additional USB 2.0 interfaces and an advanced Ultra XGA video port. PCI Express, PCI and PCI-X option card support makes the NLT an ideal choice for current as well as future industrial computing applications.

IOBxx EXPANSION BOARDS (OPTIONAL)
The IOB31 supports all of the same I/O functions as the IOB30 using cable header connectors. There is no I/O plate on the IOB31. The IOB31 also provides a x4 PCI Express edge connector designed to fit into a PCI Express expansion slot on a PICMG 1.3 backplane. When used on an NLT system host board, the IOB31 provides an extra x4 PCI Express link to the backplane. Operating systems exhibit certain boot-up behavior with regard to the handling of keyboard controller functions that may necessitate the addition of the IOB30 or IOB31 with leqacy I/O support to an NLT SHB.
